Jordy and Em South America Trip!

Our last stop in Colombia!

Our time in Bogota was fairly quiet due to both of us being a bit unwell/run down, but we still managed to enjoy the city! In particular exploring around La Candelaria, the oldest part of the city where we were staying.

We did manage to rally to go to the Kylie Minogue concert and offer her some support from home!

We also enjoyed exploring Museo Botero, a museum founded by Colombian artist Fernando Botero. The museum houses his personal collection which was donated in full, including his own art and other artists (including Picasso pieces!). The museum is in the most beautiful mansion in La Candelaria.

It’s sad to be leaving Colombia, but we are both so excited for our next stop, Ecuador! In particular the Galapagos Islands! Stay tuned for many photos and updates soon.
