Jordy and Em South America Trip!

From Buenos Aires we made a very brief side trip to Uruguay for a day, visiting the town of Colonia del Sacramento!

We took a two hour ferry from Buenos Aires to reach Colonia del Sacramento, a town with a mix of Portuguese and Spanish influence. We spent the day doing a walking tour to hear the history of the town and see the beautiful buildings, then wandering the remainder of the town for the afternoon.

We took the ferry back to Buenos Aires in the late afternoon, and arrived just in time to see sunset as we arrived back at the docks!
